MagnetHospitality

Services

Four disciplines. One program.

Buy them together as a full hospitality program or start with the one your building needs most.

What's included

  • Dedicated on-site experience managers, full- or part-time
  • Structured onboarding and a written program standard
  • Coverage bench: no dark lobbies when someone is out
  • Monthly reporting: attendance, membership, engagement

On-Site Experience Managers

The experience manager is the building's host, and the role only works when the person is employed well and backed deeply. Magnet experience managers are hospitality professionals with real event chops, employed properly (W-2 capable in every market), onboarded through a structured training program, and never left alone on an island: behind each one is a national bench for coverage, surge staffing, and specialty roles.

They run the daily cadence: tenant relationships, programming calendars, vendor coordination, amenity bookings, and the thousand small moments that make tenants describe a building as 'the one with the amazing staff.'

What's included

  • Tent-pole, enrichment, and pop-up programming tiers
  • Full production: staging, AV, vendors, staffing, photo
  • Hyper-local vendor curation, building-branded moments
  • Per-event recaps with attendance and photo delivery

Event Production

This is where Magnet is simply a different company than a concierge firm. Our production team has staged brand events for more than 1,000 companies since 2008: we bring that discipline to tenant programming. Tent-pole events that feel like brand activations, enrichment series that people plan their week around, pop-ups that give the lobby a pulse.

Staging, vendors, permits, staffing, music, photography: handled. Your team approves a calendar; we produce it.

What's included

  • Conference center booking, setup, and host staffing
  • Lounge and rooftop activation programming
  • Utilization and booking reports for asset management
  • Vendor and F&B coordination

Amenity & Conference Center Management

Amenity floors are leased on tours and judged in daily use. We staff and operate lounges, conference centers, rooftops, and fitness spaces to hotel standard: booking management, setup and reset, vendor coordination, and utilization reporting that tells asset management what the space is actually earning.

What's included

  • Broker and leasing-tour event production
  • Building-brand development with your marketing team
  • Tour-day activation: the building at its best, on cue
  • Photography library for leasing collateral

Leasing & Placemaking Support

Hospitality spend should show up in leasing outcomes. We produce broker events, activate buildings for leasing tours, and build the recurring 'building brand' moments that make a property synonymous with its program. When your leasing team says the program closes deals, that's placemaking working.
