Magnet was founded in Denver by event-production veterans who spent 18 years staging brand activations for more than 1,000 companies — and kept getting asked by office landlords to bring that same energy inside their buildings.
Why we exist
Tenant experience became the product — the thing leasing tours sell and renewal decisions weigh — but the companies selling it mostly came from concierge desks, not from production. Landlords told us the same story again and again: programming that plateaus, one person alone in a lobby, vendors whose systems and data walk out the door when the contract ends.
So we built the company we kept being asked for. Magnet runs buildings the way great brands run campaigns: with a standard, a bench, and a scoreboard — and the client keeps the keys.
